White Chocolate & Lemon Cupcakes

Lemon zest is required in this recipe and the moment the lemon is forced to the blade, a bouquet of lemon fills the kitchen. I’m telling you, this kind of simple pleasure, there’s nothing in the world like it. I just love the smell of zested lemon. Buttermilk makes this cake soft and airy and the white chocolate with cream cheese frosting is a perfect pair.

  1. These cupcakes look beautiful Stefani. I wanted to bake some cupcakes for Evelyn’s birthday but i’m not that confident at baking yet. Are you still baking for customers?

    • Hi girlfriend!

I’ve started baking for some client since the past couple of months. Most of them are close friends. Would you like me to help you make cupcakes? It’ll be my present for baby Evelyn.
