Bloody Heart cupcake

Kids aren’t the only ones who love yucky sounding foods. I love them too! I’ve been waiting for an occasion to test out these heart cupcakes. It’s been a busy semester and I’m overdue for a good baking session. The actual recipe is a pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting. It’s quite easy if you have canned pumpkin puree on hand. To get the heart shape, use a marble or rolled up tin foil and place it at the edge of the paper liner and then fill the batter in.
